"Expresses ecological concerns, conveying an amorphous, abstracted aerial landscape of oil spillage and industrial emissions. Using stereotypically urbanised colours e.g. charcoal grey/black/ garnet/blood red, I represent contamination ‘spilling’ onto the natural landscape; intertwining the unnatural and urbanised with the raw, unspoilt and organic."
